This is what it looked like before Sony got their hands on it. I am in the middle with my cousins Irene and Jim. You can see my house at the very start of the video right at the back, there are two multi-storeys right on top of the hill, and our house was in the second one. Jim lived on the 17th floor of the big multi in the advert, so his ex-bedroom window would have been covered with paint!
At first it seemed an odd place for a classy outfit like Sony to shoot an advert. Then it occurred to me that the south side is full of experts on explosives and painting on buildings anyway.The finished Sony advert is here -
I like the ones with the bouncy balls, and the play-doh bunnies, too.
